Until June 2024, it was a third-generation family-owned business. Your impact in this role
As National Field Sales Manager Pharmacy, you are responsible for driving and scaling our pharmacy business nationwide. You lead a team of Sales Representatives and act as a strategic partner for key accounts and pharmacy groups. This role is critical to Trenker’s growth in the Belgian market. Your leadership and strategic thinking will directly impact sales performance, customer relationships, and brand visibility.
Key responsibilities
- Lead & grow the pharmacy channel: Deliver sales targets and profitability for the pharmacy business.
- Coach a national sales team: Inspire, support and guide Sales Reps to achieve best-in-class execution.
- Build strategic partnerships: Strengthen relationships with pharmacy groups, wholesalers and independents.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Medical Sales, Key Accounts and Marketing.
- Drive operational excellence: Implement cycle plans, incentive programs and Perfect Store principles.
Who you are
- You are a strategic yet hands-on leader, passionate about building teams and unlocking growth. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working cross-functionally, and know how to turn pharmacy potential into commercial success.
What you bring
- 10+ years of experience in Consumer Health, OTC, Pharma or FMCG
- Strong sales leadership experience, ideally managing field teams
- Deep understanding of pharmacy networks and Belgian healthcare market
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
