As a healthcare professional, your personal data is very important, and any information collected will be handled responsibly.
The data controller is TRENKER, whose registered office is located at Avenue Thomas Edison 32, 1402 Nivelles.
TRENKER undertakes to strictly comply with its obligations under all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA) and their member states, applicable to the processing of this data, and this includes the General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679 (GDPR).

MAIN PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS
This data will be used to analyse the referencing of our products by users. This analysis will enable us to better understand the behaviour of our customers and to improve our product offering in their interest.
The legal basis for data processing is therefore TRENKER's legitimate interest in monitoring and analysing the dispensing of its products. Your consent is therefore not required.
This data will not be used for any other marketing or commercial purpose.
PROCESSING
Your identifying and qualifying data may be processed by employees of TRENKER departments who are responsible for carrying out the activities described above, who have been authorised to process the data and who have received appropriate operating instructions.
This data may be processed on behalf of the data controller by external parties designated as data processors carrying out specific activities for the controller.
Your data will be retained for a period of 5 years after dispatch of the product. It will not be accessible by any other party and will under no circumstances be transferred to third parties or outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
YOUR RIGHTS
As a data subject, you have the right to request the exercise of the following rights
- RIGHT TO INFORMATION: before and during each collection of data, TRENKER will be able to explain its processing procedures to you in clear and simple language;
- RIGHT OF ACCESS: you are entitled to ask TRENKER to provide you with all the information held about you;
- RIGHT OF RECTIFICATION: you have the right to ask TRENKER to rectify, in particular by completing or correcting it, all or certain information held about you;
- RIGHT TO DELETION ("RIGHT TO FORGET"): you have the right to ask TRENKER to delete from its systems all information held about you;
- RIGHT TO LIMIT PROCESSING: you may ask TRENKER not to process certain of your data. They are then said to be blocked;
- RIGHT OF OPPOSITION: you may object to your Personal Data being processed;
- RIGHT TO PORTABILITY OF DATA: You can have your data transmitted between your different service providers or request the recovery of your information.
